Idaho Fence

We wanted to extend a huge thanks and appreciation to Jed and Colton. They did a PERFECT job and couldn't have asked for a better result on our project in Priest River. It was laid out impeccably, straight and all the gates open freely and shut as expected. In addition, we commend them both for working so hard in the cold rain to get our job done. Great experience with Idaho Fence! Chad was our estimator and was very responsive and listened to how I wanted the fence. Foreman Oscar and the install crew were fabulous! Oscar made sure we were on the same page and clarified if there were any questions. Oscar and his crew were professional, on time, efficient and took pride in their work. I am so happy and my fence turned out better than I imagined. It blends so well into the landscape, is very sturdy and keeps my dogs inside the property. Thank you!

Had our cedar fence replaced with a vinyl fence. Everyone very pleasant to work with, especially our installers Mike and Matt. They were fantastic, efficient and kept us informed every step in the process, even putting up a temporary fenced area so our dog could use her doggy door to get outside but remain safely in our yard.

I was very pleased with my experience with Idaho Fence. Everyone that I have had the pleasure corresponding with has been a great experience. Chad was great with the estimate and products available. Andrea in billing was on top of everything. Mike, Matt, and one other worker (sorry for forgetting his name) were great to work with on site. Mike made certain that the work completed was high quality. Shaun (I hope I spelled your name correctly) is Mike's manager and was also very pleasant and great to work with on the phone. I also want to give out great praise to the gate builders that use high quality parts. Keep up the great work.

If you are in the Coeur d alene area and are looking to get your fence done DO NOT use Idaho Fence Company, especially for a wood fence. The workmanship was shotty at best, still after contacting the company many times and the crew coming back to replace some panels and actually nail in some other panels, clean up concrete dumped in the rock bed and the street drain into our scale, the man gate was not adjusted to latch properly and there is still panels with multiple strikes from the empty pneumatic nail gun. I went out today and added a gate stop to hold the double swing gate open since only 1 was put on 1 side of the gate that opens, I had to screw a few boards on to the frame as they were loose, beefed up the boards and connected them better to the metal frame near the gate latch as the boards the latch was connected to were loosening and rotating on the metal frame. If you do go threw them and you get a crew lead by a guy named Ian, better really check that work. If you have to contact the company Cody is good to work with, but doesn't follow up or check his guys work after the job is done. Eric the owner in Kalispell will not return messages and the local G.M. really didn't seem to want to see his guys work after being invited to come see it. Just use someone else.
